🚀 I’m looking for ways to build one of my first products, that for the moment we’ll call “Pocket Self-Aid”.
The main idea is having users answering to a series of questions about their life, and especially their relation with themselves. It’s a sort of personal SWOT, where one addresses all his life areas and set out his short and long term goals.
After that, he receives a PDF document already edited with his answers and some additional content.
Yet, I could not find any possible “free” integration between Airtabe/Tally and a PDF builder that extrapolates data into a legible and well-crafted manner.
I checked www.pdfmonkey.io, formstack.com and documint.me, but they all present similar problems:
  • Doesn’t make sense spending 30$/month for a MVP functionality
  • Way too steep learning curve
  • The result is quite basic, no customization
I’ll keep looking for something else...
A good example might be:

Great updates from the “Yes Grant Me” project. After a small debacle when I realized I could not automate the collection of grants across the web (unscalable without coding knowledge), I retreated to a more easily manageable sell-once-and-forget product.
I’ve been creating a list of international donors, approximately 30, in about an hour, on Notion.
I should check if there are similar tables online, and include all the additional donors.

A bit messy... but hey, who's not?!
